Our lambing season is late Spring when the grass is the greenest and lambs are not ready for market until late Fall and early Spring. Grass fed lamb is the most succulent and flavorful – there is no comparison to store bought lamb – even from New Zealand!

All our meats are processed at state-inspected locker plants where they are individually packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect from freezer burn and seal in freshness – no more freezer burn or leaky meat packages in your refrigerator!


Half a Lamb yields approximately:  

(1) Leg of Lamb - Bone In

(3) Packages of Loin Chops - 4 chops per package

(2) Packages of Rib Chops - 4 chops per package

(6 - 8) 1 lb. packages of Ground Lamb

(1) 1 lb. package of stew/kabob meat

(1) 1 lb. package of liver
